Dave began taking photographs over forty years ago progressing from a Kodak Instamatic  given as a birthday present to arrive finally at a Hasselblad medium format camera and a Nikon F4 before the advent of the digital age.

 

Today he shoots with a variety of camera systems, both digital and film including infrared. A interest in low light and night photography both for  landscape and wildlife has led to a diversification from a more standard style with some of his work.

 

An environmentalist with an acute interest in conservation has led to an interest in habitat and environmental issues.
